Current Project

Straight Edge Online Compilation CD - To put it simply, and to explain the obvious: through this site I shall be releasing a straight-edge compilation CD. It has been in planning for over a year now, but will hopefully be complete soon. There have been countless problems regarding quality of tracks, and once those problems were overcome, there were problems with not having enough songs.

The CD is close to being ready for pressing, but not quite. This means two things.

Firstly - If you are in a straight edge band, or a straight edge person in a not-completely straight edge band, then it may still be possible for you to feature on the CD. Time is limited, though, so do hurry! E-mail me asap (straightedge@poisonfree.org).

Secondly - You can still show your interest in pre-ordering a copy of the straight edge CD. This means, basically, that if your name is down for a pre-order you will qualify for free shipping as well as a discount on the price of the CD itself when the CD is finally released. Time is fast running out, though, so hurry over here and fill out the form.

In total I have recieved over forty songs for the compilation. Unfortunately, after giving all these to the audio engineer, we have found that a lot of them are not of a high enough audio quality to put to CD. At the moment we have about 15 or 16 that should hopefully make the final cut.

Many people that e-mailed me about the CD may not have recieved a reply from me. This is simply because I wouldn't have recieved the e-mail. Unfortunately there was an (unknown) problem with my email account. As you can see, I am using a different e-mail address now, so if you wish to contact me regarding the CD, please do so and I will reply ASAP.
